Baby friendly initiative
We provide complimentary baby cots and high chairs on request so that parents and babies alike can enjoy their stay.
Technical assistance
We will spoil you with the attention of our management team! Our caring, multilingual staff is on call to service your needs and answer your questions. They will assist you during your stay, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. An emergency phone number is also available to sort out urgent problems after office hours (from 5 pm to 10 pm).

To help you enjoy your stay in Brussels, the blog provides valuable information about everyday life in Brussels. (baby-sitting, green space, activities for children, emergency phone numbers, cultural life, exhibitions, restaurants…)
Laundry rooms
Collective laundry rooms with washers and dryers are available in all residence. However, some apartments have their own washer. (Please check the detailed description of your apartment, available from the search engine).
Internet
Broadband connection is available in most apartments. Club Souveraine also provides computers and printer with broadband and wi-fi connection. Our guest can use the business room facilities to organize meetings.
Parkings
For your comfort, most of our residences offer optional parking spaces. (See our Rate page).
