Booking

Please answer to our offer by e-mail confirming your rental dates, the requested optional paying services and the reference of the chosen unit. We will then send you a booking form with all practical information.

Reservations are guaranteed by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Rates are inclusive VAT.

50% of your rental or 1.000€ will be charged to your credit card upon reservation. The balance will be charged on the day of your arrival or the previous business day if your arrival is scheduled on a weekend or a bank holiday.

Security Deposits: For a stay of 1 month minimum, at time of reservation a credit card charge of 100 € for the telephone expenses and 1000 € for the apartment is required. The charge will be automatically released provided no damage is found evident to the apartment, the phone bills have been paid and that all policy procedures were met.Length of stay

Our leases are flexible (from a month to several years…).

We also cater to our clients’ needs for short-term accommodation, and offer a comfortable alternative to a hotel stay. The minimum stay is 4 nights.

Hand-over of keys

For the following residences: Louise, Livourne and Vallée, the keys are available at  our rental offices :

1050 Bruxelles
Monday to Friday, from 3 pm to 4.30 pm.

For the Rue Souveraine complex, the keys are collected on site:

28 rue Souveraine
1050 Bruxelles
Monday to Friday, from 3 pm to 4.30 pm.

Knowing your arrival time in advance will enable us to better serve you.

Check-in

The apartments are ready for occupancy at 3 pm.

Check-out

The apartments must be vacated by 9.30 am on the last day of the contract.

Payment

Rental charges are payable on the first of the month, and are pro-rated should you move in later in the month.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be notified in writing.
In case of cancellation, the refund of the deposit is calculated as follows:

Cancellation refund guarantee

Should you cancel your reservation, this option guarantees that you will get a full refund of the booking deposit. The cancellation guarantee is valid until the day prior to scheduled arrival day. The cost is 10% of the monthly rent, or 10% of the total rental charge for short-term contracts.
