Aedifica is a sicafi (fixed capital real estate investment company) dedicated to the Belgian residential market.
Aedifica’s investment strategy focuses on three promising sectors:
- residential buildings, mainly apartments, in city centre locations in Belgium;
- furnished apartments in Brussels;
- senior housing.
This strategy reflects Aedifica’s desire to meet the different needs for urban housing, and to be attentive to the needs of its tenants and ensure their well-being. Hence the motto “Aedifica, the urban way to live”.
